Beltone Amaze Product Family

Completely-in-the-Canal - The smallest and most discrete of the Amaze custom instruments. Designed for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss.
In-the-Canal - The ITC is the medium size custom option where the instrument sits slightly out of the ear canal and into the outer ear. This size allows more options to be added such as a volume control, push-button, and directional microphones. Designed for individuals with mild to moderately severe hearing loss.
In-the-Ear - The largest of the custom instruments which fills the outer ear portion of the ear called the concha. The ITE is the most flexible size for adding options such as volume control, push-button, and directional microphones. The larger size also allows more powerful componentry inside the hearing aid to help patients with mild to severe hearing loss.
Microphone-in-Helix - This style is exclusive to Beltone. The microphone is taken out of the body of the instrument and placed in the fold of the ear above the canal called the helix. The placement of the microphone helps block wind noise and enhance sound quality. Designed for active individuals with mild to moderately severe hearing loss.
Receiver-in-the-Ear - One of the most popular styles of hearing aids. The hearing aid rests over the ear, but the speaker (receiver) is placed in the ear canal via a dome or custom ear mold. The receiver is connected to the hearing aid by a thin wire that is very discrete. The placement of the receiver in the canal provides acoustic and sound quality benefits. Designed for individuals with mild to severe hearing loss.
